我們的創立，來自於一次對上帝的回應。
從創世之初，「神說，要有光，就有了光」，
上帝用聲音創造一切—讓我們看見，聲音本身就具有創造與改變的力量。
因此，我們相信，無論是一句話、一首歌、一部影片，或一段故事，
每一次表達，背後都蘊含著足以改變生命的力量。
所以我們希望用作品發聲，傳遞真理的價值，成為媒體與娛樂內容中優質的提供者，

雷應婕 Jennifer Lei
共同創辦人暨執行長 / 製作總監
Co-founder & CEO / Executive Producer
15年音樂與影像製作&管理經驗
台灣出生、加拿大成長。畢業於 Ryerson University 服裝設計系，副修市場行銷，之後來台發展流行音樂事業。曾為《超級偶像》PK 魔王、福茂唱片發行歌手與簽約創作者，長年活躍於台灣流行音樂與娛樂產業，橫跨幕前與幕後，累積音樂製作、戲劇廣告、節目主持及百場以上商業演出的實務經驗。
「在產業耕耘多年的過程中，我逐漸看見，影音作品不只是娛樂，而是一種能影響文化與群體的強大媒介，承載著創作者想傳遞的價值與內容。也因著上帝的呼召，以及這樣的看見，我選擇與妹妹共同創立天聲文創，專注於音樂、影像與多媒體內容的製作與跨界整合。
從企劃、製作到推廣，我希望打造的作品不只是被看見，而是能被理解、被感受，並真正產生影響，讓價值進入人的生活，創造出兼具真理價值與市場影響力的內容，並帶出彼此之間的觸動與改變。
同時，也透過產學交流，培育更多人才投入產業。

雷應璇 Grace Lei
共同創辦人暨聲音總監
Co-founder & Audio Director
畢業於 University of British Columbia 英文文學系，並取得 SAE Institute 音樂製作證書。長期在語言與聲音之間工作，是英文本科背景的翻譯者，也是聲音創作者。曾與 TTA、TIE、Meet Taipei 等機構合作，從事英文翻譯，並參與錄音、配音後製、Podcast 聲音設計與歌曲混音等製作，累積15年以上翻譯、口譯與聲音製作經驗。
「對我來說，聲音不只是創意與技術的呈現，而是會影響人如何感受與理解的媒介。在多年的實務工作中，我逐漸發現，許多內容其實還有更多在整體思考與製作品質上的可能，也讓我開始思考，是否能用更好的方式去完成作品。這樣的想法，加上對上帝呼召的回應，讓我決定與姐姐一起創立天聲文創。我希望專注在聲音與內容創意的整合，讓作品在細節與品質上都能被信任，在不同文化與語境被理解，將華人品牌與內容帶向更大的市場。
我相信，當內容被好好完成，它會自然地被聽見，也會在對的時刻，影響人、連結人，改變人的思想與生活。」
